Burrito Mojado was huge. Good flavor. It had lots of Barbacoa along with rice and black beans. Enough for 2 people.
Fajita Chimichanga chicken version was good also. It came with a cold vegetable mix and taco sauce on the side.
Also included was a order of chips and cheese which I wasn't expecting.

Tons of chicken in the Chimichanga - A La Carte but I’m glad I spent the extra $2 for cheese dip! It comes dry otherwise :) The Nachos Grandes were loaded! Large portion size. Our order came with chips and salsa as well which was a nice bonus :)

Rio Luna on Bay Road in Saginaw has some awesome food! Great authenticity, and holy cow the jalapeno appetizers were AMAZING! I usually don't care for those because I tend to get indigestion, but my boyfriend is a big fan, and these were sooo good! Portions were abundant and affordable, too!!

Shrimp Ceviche Verde was delicious with good flavor of lime and cilantro with avocado. Served cold.
Chile Rellenos (2) peppers were stuffed with lots of cheese. They had good flavor as well.
I would order again.

Chicken and steak Fajitas was pretty good. Nice grilled flavor Enough for 2 people. Good mix of toppings like guacamole and salsa. The Grilled Cauliflower was good also. It needed a little more spice.
I'm happy with order and will order the Fajitas again.
