Pork tacos with cole slaw were great. Instead of plates we got 1/2 pt sides with bulk brisket and sausage. Made 4 plates with a bit of potato salad left over. Didn't get the fried pies so assumed they were out cause instead they sent Banana pudding. I always get the family onion strings extra crispy. Be even better if they offered extra seasoning optioins for those.

The Beef Ribs were great. The Potatoe salad was bussing. The Mac'n Cheese would have been better if it were baked. The toast could have used more butter & been toasted a tad bit longer. I haven't tried the banana pudding yet but overall, I give 4 stars for the quality , quantity & total value price for this meal.

The Chopped brisket plate was tasty with mac n cheese and potato salad.
The loaded baked potato was a little too salty and the stuffed baked potato was even more salty with the brisket on top.
Grilled cheese sandwich was dry and not very... grilled lol.But rated C for effort.
Next time, I will try different meats to see how this place really rates.

The best Tx Fries!! I added special instructions and did they ever come through! Extra jalapenos and onions was spot on, thanks Riskys! They were perfect!!

The special requests were followed perfectly. The texas fries were great and their brisket was flavored well and lean. Just as requested.
Love Riskys BBQ, it had been too long since my last visit.
