whenever i got my order from rita's it had a big hole down the middle seeming like smt huge was punctured through it, im unsure what it was but i ate it anyway and it seemed as if it had an extra taste to it but it was delightful! 10/10 would order again! i definity recomend this place if you want an extra late night sweet and sticky treat!

I loved the water ice. I ordered several items with sprinkles and they did no add them because they cost extra, but there was no way for me to add them as a paid item on the app. The last three times I ordered them this way, they were added. I think it is wrong to order $55 worth of Rita's and be denied sprinkles on 3 items!!
