• 25-07-27The Baby Back Rib Sampler was delicious! The ribs were generous, very tender and meaty. The smoky bbq sauce was perfect as were the brisket baked beans and the Two-Bite Corn Muffins. I will definitely order this again!

The whole smoked chicken stands as the generous center. Bouquet of smoldering hardwood smoke and warm spices rises first, met by gentle kisses of garlic, black pepper, and rendered fat. The meat carries a succulent, yielding body from breast through thigh and leg, the skin offering a thin, flavorful crispness that gives way to juicy, well-seasoned flesh. A clean, lingering smoke character finishes each bite with depth and restraint.
