I just love your food.  I'm a regular buyer.  
It's always tasty. 

The only negative thing I can say I that when the dasher delivers my food it's cold due to multiple stops.

I have ordered from here before, and, in the past,  have been very satisfied. 

Today, my order of Pork Banh Mi was very much below par.
The roll was soggy and cold.
The pork crackling was also soggy and cold, and tasted like it had sat in a bain Marie half the day before finally being used in my order.

I also ordered the Pork and Prawn Soldier, which was delicious, no complaints there.

My order of crispy fried prawns was under whelming at best.
Tiny prawns, and very much over cooked.

Perhaps today was a very busy day for staff?  I will give them the benefit of the doubt for my order today.  

Overall, not satisfied with my order today. 😞

over cooked the Bún - Roast Pork & Crackling (3286 kJ)  and the bun of the  Bao - Roast Pork & Crackling (899kJ) was wet and turned to mush

Paid extra for extra Chicken in Cơm - BBQ Chicken (2356 kJ) 

basically received a bowl of rice with a few pieces of chicken on top. Pathetic

Not one bit of crackling and pretty sure it was a pork belly roll. Roll was cut completely in half and everything had fallen out of the roll in the bag!
