The food was delicious but this needs to be categorized as a $$$$ based on portion size---the $$ category sets expectations completely wrong. The Bison Meatballs and Devils on Horseback were merely four small pcs each, alone. Even knowing they were appetizers, and realizing this is meant to be a tapas experience, they are deeply disappointing for the price. The salad was similarly portioned. I've eaten at some fabulous tapas-style places in the area that I'd consider similar quality but are presented as $$$ and the portion sizes have been larger for less expense than Roots. If that's what you're prepared for, I think it'd stand up much better. But at that point, why not get something better?

The food was delicious, so not giving only one star. But the serving sizes are SO small for the price, it's insane. $15 for literally four (small!) bites of Devils on Horseback GF TG..... only four bite sized falafel balls in the Falafel Bite Trio | GF* Ⓥ T also for $15.... the Spiced Sweet Potato Fries | GF* Ⓥ TG had a bit more volume, but still not $10 worth at all. We definitely will not order from here again for that price!

Fries are greasy and the quantity is not worth $10. I received a cup, might be even less than a cup, of soup, that again is not worth $10.

It didn't constitute as rice pudding so much as undercooked rice with coconut milk (that you could barely taste) and spices with a dash of raisins. The consistency wasn't like pudding at all.
