I love Roots in general but the crew at the Pine Street store always shows up and shows out! I got my order sent to the Churn Creek store one day, I tried to call and change it and couldn't reach anyone. The staff at the Pine Street location, called someone working at the Churn Creek location, cancelled it and then expedited my order to get me on my way and to work on time! Thank you so much!!! You all are wonderful and make Roots that much better!!!

Acai Bowl was so refreshing and filling.
everything was fresh and crisp.
Dirty Ginger Shot a friend recommended these because I was feeling a little under the weather. Definitely recommend these.

Ive had the Matcha Green Tea Bowl several times before and its always been amazing. This time it's slimy and not good .
