The Balboa Bowl was HUGE, so much that I couldn't finish it. Very delicious and fresh tasting. The sweet potatoes were amazing! Definitely will order again!

This is the second time that I ordered the Balboa through Door Dash and essentially got a $30 bowl of chicken and rice. There was no Avacado, corn, or sweet potatoes at all in the dish. The only option that I was offered was to leave work and drive to the restaurant so that they could remake my bowl. The first time I let it go because everyone can have a bad day, so I ordered it again today. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I love Roots and have ordered from there many times but this time was a huge disappointment and waste of money. I got the El Jefe with the works which I get every time I order but whoever was shaking in the Tabasco went way overboard as this is so spicy, I cannot eat it. Normally there is a small hint of spice which elevates the flavor but today it was completely overpowering.
