I had a rough day today and said to myself "I wanna eat some good food." I hadn't had food from this Rosas Cafe in several years. Maybe a decade. I want more. This is what I am looking for. Inexpensive high quantity and quality food that makes my mouth water. The fresh spanish beans and rice paired with the fresh tortillas was nothing short of great with my#8 BEEF FAJITA CARBON PLATE. The portions are perfect for my high calorie intake. This was so refreshing I'm making this review. Give them all your money, this IS the one stop shop to flavor town. You will be seeing me more often, this place is phenomenal!!!!

We ordered the DOUBLE COMBO FAJITA FIESTA and the PARTY TRIO to go and we definitely got what we paid for! the food was AMAZING and the amount of food was mindblowing!! Will definitely be back when I am back in the area!

Really disappointed, as the food is typically pretty good. The #55 CHICKEN ENCHILADA PLATE didn't have any lettuce/tomato or the jalapeños I paid extra for. Chicken was fatty and was big chunks vs shredded. Not the best.
The bean and cheese tacos were good, flour tortillas soft and fresh.
Won't be ordering again, unfortunately.

Salsa this time had some intense vinegar flavor and oily. Super weird. Super gross. Usually outstanding

Tostada was soggy, hardly any cheese, way too much lettuce. Enchilada wasn't cooked all the way through, cheese wasn't melted. Queso was super thin and watery.
