Best pizza place in Naples by far! Specials Mon-Thursday that are worth the value! Portions for salads and pastas are huge!! Dough tasted so fresh. If you want great pizza you gotta order Rosatis

This was a Chicago style pizza and been from Chicago. This is no shape or form of a Chicago style deep dish pizza. The tomatoes were undercooked. The cheese was undercooked. The crust was undercooked. Everything was just not what we expected.

The chicken was very rubbery, it looked like the bagged pre-frozen store-bought chicken that they just warmed up and chopped in the Alfredo and in the Caesar salad. They had to buy one get one on mozzarella sticks and I paid $10 for five mozzarella sticks, and then we got one package of mozzarella sticks. I will not order this place ever again. I spent close to $130 for a meal that had a value of about $10.

I have been on a quest for NY pizza or even brick oven pizza for 11 yrs in Naples. Everyone in our bldg says Rosati is the best. The Chicago pizza looks authentic. I ordered a mushroom but added double crust to prevent "flat crust" (which isnt NY!!). The pizza has a decent ratio of sauce/mushroom/cheese - but the double crust is just dry bread dough. A waste of money. Perhaps I need to learn how to order from here but I'm not sure they understand that NY style is not just lots of heavy dough. It's thin in the middle and light airy crunchy in the crust. My quest continues....
