Cao Lau is one of my favorite dishes on the planet. And like so many of the wonderful soups on offer at Rose VL, you'll have a hard time finding it anywhere else in this country. This place is real a gem - the food is unique and always quality, the people are truly wonderful. They rotate the menu daily, with the weekend getting most of the fanfare, but I guarantee you'll find a dish worth trying every day of the week (that they're open).

Honestly, I never write reviews for restaurants but this place deserves credit! So many flavors and I had plenty of leftovers. Also the best Thai Ice Tea I've had... ever. I can rave on and on about my experience.

The restaurant itself is OUTSTANDING, but it does not fare so well via delivery. Noodles packaged separately have been undercooked and the whole is less than the sum of its parts. Eat in, if you can!

Absolutely amazing! I have extremely high standards and was not even a little disappointed. Normally delivery can be a little subpar, but everything was absolutely perfect, authentic, and flavourful. Clearly make their own chili oil too, it's delicious and not your standard over manufactured stuff.

The Shrimpcake Noodle Soup - Bun Rieu was excellent and divine, but the Fermented Fish Noodle Soup - Bun Nuoc Leo Soc Trang was not my fav, the fish tasted extremely "muddy".
