I don't know if my beloved Rosti's got a new chef but OMG the food was 11 out of 10. The Margarita pizza had just the right amount of crispy to it. Flavorful. One slice was gone in three bites!! The rosemary Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich was the best part. Bread was not soggy. The seasons they used left us wanting more. The rosemary garlic potatoes were not burnt. We were so sad we didn't order more!!

The puttanesca sauce was overly garlicky (about 20 large slices of garlic) and the penne was overcooked. A huge step down from the quality of the San Vicente location that closed this summer. The grilled shrimp on another pasta was tough and dry.

Why does this chain of restaurants always skimp on the marinara sauce? No matter what dish I order, the pasta is barely covered in red. You can't order extra sauce. I'd even pay extra , though that seems outrageous. It's not the most expensive thing in the recipes. It's just weird and I'm not sure I'll order from them again.

We live down the street from Rosti and we usually love it! The staff and the food is usually always great. But this time they seemed to be overwhelmed with the people and the food was not great. We had the Blackened Chicken Caesar Sandwich and it honestly had no flavor and the fries were undercooked and didn't seem fresh. I would definitely order from them again but I hope they have more staff on such busy nice so it doesn't affect the quality.
