Rosy's makes the best Chile rellenos in town! Their queso has amazing flavor,is full of yummy ingredients, and super satisfying. The rellenos are made with great, flavorful, plump green chiles, and they are generous with the cheese. The staff is friendly and treats you right - they come back and check on you, they keep your drinks filled. This has always been one of the best restaurants in town.

Absolutely wonderful! We got the green chile cheese enchilada plates, and that green sauce is delicious! Other places are okay, but Rosy's sauces have such great flavor. So glad one of my favorite places is open again and on door dash!

The green chile chicken Enchiladas are my absolute favorite, they are so good. You can tell right away their food is true mexican food, like it has that authentic home made delicious taste. 10/10 recommend.
