The Chicken Katsu Plate Lunch With Katsu Sauce was delicious and arrived piping hot (although it was 97 degrees outside at the time haha) Love the portion size you get for the money. It's why I've started ordering from here rather than fast food places that charge the same amount and give you way less, and lower quality.

Best Hawaiian I have had since leaving California. The rice is cooked perfectly and does not arrive soggy, the meat is not overly seasoned and they give you enough to season it extra which I personally really like. Will be back again!

Good tasting food. The macaroni salad was unique and tasty. NOT for the price and portions. My meal was kids meal size... the side of chicken fried rice was the size of a fortune cookie...
don't recommend buying.
My sauce exploded in bag they could easily make an easier way to secure it...
I have small hands so the photos I took shows how much they skimp on portions... my meal should've costed 8.99$... TOPS. 20.00$ is insane.

I just ate less than half of my shoyu chicken plate and had to save the rest. Food portions are extremely generous, so there's always enough for another meal. Chicken is always juicy and tender. As we say in Hawaii: Onolicious when a food item is Super Delicious!

Garlic Chicken Plate: Chicken was good. Unfortunately the the pork was horribly salty and inedible. Both meat portions were of an acceptable quantity (had I been able to consume the pork). The sides all tasted good but were extremely small portions. The mixed veg were literally 1 piece each of 3 diff veggies and I had 3 bites each of the rice and Mac salad. I'm glad I ordered extra Mac salad! The Maui onion chips are tasty and crisp, but once again a very small amount for the price. Spam was decent and of adequate size for the cost. Overall I'd say I was pleased with the food (with the exception of the overly salted pork), but many of the portion sizes could use improvement. And I am NOT someone who expects ridiculously large quantities of food when I go out to eat. In fact, I believe that most places tend to serve too much food. My comments are based on the cost in relation to the amount of food that was received.
