The food was as hot as it would have been if we had been sitting in the restaurant. Both steaks were cooked perfectly. The baked potatoes were hot and delicious, as well.

The steak was dry , there was like 2 bites of broccoli, the MAC & cheese was bland & the Carrot Cake was dried out . I was really disappointed with my order

They gave me a partially rotten potato for my loaded baked potato. And the Ultimate Chocolate Cake slice is really small, definitely not worth the price. The French Fries are over-salted. The American Smashed Burger was good though.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet was hard as a rock, ice cream half melted mess, even though it came from directly across the street. Also much smaller portion than when I ordered in-restaurant. Extremely sad dessert, very disappointed.

Notice anything missing? NO BAKED POTATOES!! This is the SECOND time we have received orders missing baked potatoes! The steak was ordered MEDIUM, but was absolutely WELL DONE and tough. Extremely disappointed! Ruby Tuesday is by far the most expensive restaurant we order from ($72 for 2 meals), and we have the most problems with our orders from them.
