• 26-09-19Ruby's is amazing! Our food was delicious, well packaged, and very large portions! They were very careful preparing a gluten free meal and reached out to make sure they have up exactly what we wanted. 10/10

• 26-01-08The 1. Doblados de Birria / Birria Doblados here is to die for. Some of the best birria i've had in East Texas. The consume is so flavorful and the tacos are sooooo cheesy! The green and red salsa they offer on the side are delicious, highly recommend the red for a kick.

• 26-05-0810 out of 10 experience every single time. Not only is it delicious, but they go above and beyond to accommodate. Like giving me an order of tortillas even though they aren't on the menu. I couldn't recommend Ruby's more.

• 24-08-31Bistec / Steak Torta was delicious and packed with fillings! You can never go wrong with the Strawberry lemonade/ Fresa limonada it tastes sooooooooo good and it's very refreshing!!!
