Jalepeño Bacon Wrapped Shrimp as well as Queso were bland, other food was just alright, and a few items were not included with our order such as an arepa, avocado, salsa, sancocho. It was not communicated with us/our dasher that they were out of soup.

I ordered three items for our dinner, 2 entrees and 4 empanadas. When the order was delivered and I realized my entree was completely missing, I called the restaurant. I was informed they didn't have my brisket meal and "the boss canceled the item." I was asked to wait and was told the boss was busy and they couldn't further assist.
First, I was not even informed my meal (brisket with Columbian sauce) wasn't coming and offered a chance to choose a replacement; this means one of the two people eating got NO dinner.
Second, the empanadas were greasy and the meat was not recognizable. We each took a bite and chose not to eat them.
Third, my husband's meal (bandeja paisa) was less than impressive. The sides were dry, the avocado was going bad and he threw half of his meal away.
He's Latin and has been dying to try this restaurant. We are extremely disappointed to say the least, and will not be repeat customers.
