The broth in this is amazing!!! The add in ingredients are fresh. I eat small portions so I can make 3 meals out of this. I absolutely love the flavor; I reorder this all the time. the packaging is great as they keep the broth separate from the other ingredients. Definitely recommend.

The P1 P1. Sliced Steak was delicious! As was the Iced Thai Tea - brewed in house. Their Homemade Chili Oil was also SUPER good. Everything tasted great and I would definitely order here again. I will say the portion of noodles and beef was a bit small for the price, but definitely still very good.

Ordered the P1 steak pho and it was just OK. My main issue with it was that the steak came already cooked. Putting it in the hot broth made it cook even more to the point it became chewy/rubbery. Other places typically have the meat uncooked on DoorDash/to go orders for that reason.
Also, the portion was small for the price. There was very little meat, very little bean sprouts and only 1 lime. They want to charge $1.50 for an extra slice of lime, which is outrageous IMO.
There are a lot of pho places around, I just don't feel this one is a good value compared to them.

The P1 or any order from here is packaged better than any pho place in the valley. It's also better than most places in the valley. Great portion and the ingredients are fresh. I would definitely order from here any time I get a pho craving!
