I ordered the chicken tenders Chicken Combo Meal #2 and received the below picture 2 pieces of nasty looking chicken

twice in the same night did not get what I ordered. I ordered the "chicken Chicken Combo Meal #2 which states that it is chicken tenders, jojos and coleslaw....the first order was nasty dried up roasted(?) wing and a back piece.....I opted for re-delivery instead of tge refund. 1.5 hours later the second order arrives....same two pieces of chicken parts but this time soo deep fried that it was hard and burned and to top it off, no slaw..it was mac and cheese which I do not eat. this time I was told that I CANNOT be refunded but only a $17 and change credit. unacceptable. never again
