• 26-06-21I seldom ever write reviews for DoorDash, but this meal was outstanding. The food was fresh and packaged with care. The Kufta Kebab KAFTA KABOB SANDWICH was so flavorful and juicy, and they did not skimp on the meat or vegetables. The portions were extremely generous and a great value! HUMMUS w/ PITA was also very high quality and I will 100% be ordering from here again!

• 24-03-28Ive ordered from here countless times and have never been disappointed. The HUMMUS w/ PITA is a staple with huge portions genuinely my all time favorite hummus. The CHICKEN SHAWARMA SANDWICH is also sizable and something I will miss the most after leaving the area

• 26-02-07I NEVER leave reviews - call it a character flaw. Safir is DYNAMITE! Shawarma was perfect!! The falafel is crispy outside and really seasoned perfectly. The single order of hummus was about a quart of hummus and it was also fantastic!
If I come back to Louisville, I'll 10000% order Safir. Legit.

• 26-01-16Safir offers delicious fresh comfort food and dishes. I highly recommend their chicken shawarma sandwich it comes with a generous amount of seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, garlic sauce and pickles.

• 24-08-18Usually a good place to order from, but sub par this time. The plate came with only a mixed green salad and sliced chicken on top. I had ordered fries as a substitute for rice, but there wasn't any fries or rice. The chicken was very dry, and the garlic sauce that came with it was about a third of the portion needed to cover the chicken. So I paid $15 for this dish that was nothing more than chicken strips on a bed of lettuce! I saw a garlic sauce container on the side but was $6 which I thought was excessive. Why not just include enough garlic sauce to cover the chicken? For that price, that shouldn't be too much of a stretch. It's a simple dish to make, I wish it would have been prepared with more care and attention. I'll think twice before ordering from here again.
