Beef Pho Noodle Soup was delicous and no issue when noodles was in the same bowl as soup. The dasher was close by and followed a direct route. The Pork and Prawn Spring Rolls ( 3pcs) were not oily and tasty can't see any chopped prawn pieces. Grilled Pork Banh Mi could do with more salad and less sauce. The sauce had accumulated at one of the roll and started to get soggy at that end. A bit too salty sweet for my taste but roll was fresh and crisp.

Beef Pho Noodle Soup was delicious as always with the beautifully thin slices of beef and ample soup. Just a little salty for me.
The Grilled Pork Banh Mi also delicious with lots of tender pork baton and very fresh baguette.

Super fresh baguette with the Classic Pork Banh Mi. Love the sauce to pour over the vermicelli salad. It would have been nicer with Crispy Skin Chicken rather than the Lemon Grass Chicken, which was a bit hard and dry.

Pho was too salty. Grilled lemongrass chicken was dry and crispy as if itd been cooked multiple times.
