The food has always been exquisite !!
I've eaten the BBQ Pork Ribs and the Atlantic Salmon. Both dishes are delicious. Smoked ribs, or salmon will make your surf and turf taste buds light up. I've never met the chefs, but they are some of the best in the area of Rockwall !!

The BBQ Pork Ribs and Atlantic Salmon were excellent !! The rib meat just falls off the bone juicy and tender. The fish is smoked and cooked just right. The portions are plentiful. We would definitely order from this restaurant again !!

Ranch rattlers are delicious, but probably have a better texture at the restaurant. The steak bites are always getting ordered. They're sooo good. The plain mac n cheese is better than the bacon version, imo. There's always a healthy portion of brisket in the queso and it's delicious. Another great experience from Saltgrass.

Food was good, order 100% accurate. Cheeseburger and the Kid's Sliders were both good--the buns may have been the best part! Two desserts were too much for two people, and the Chocolate Cake was much better than the Cheesecake, so we'll keep that in mind next time. Wish food would have been a bit hotter, but it might just be how it is on a busy Friday night. Would order from Saltgrass again!

The chopped steak was very good and cooked well. The center cut maudeen steak was fatty and had gristle making me think it wasn't a center cut steak. We tried the peppers and pickles. It was a nice change. The carrot cake was big enough for two people and very rich and good.
