Too much onions they added so much onions to hide the fact that they put little liver on the plate it was pretty much onions and potatoes. And the beef had so much fat and sliced to thing. The melas lacked flavor,don't they use salt and seasonings?

The Uzbek Plov wasn't as good, there was more carrots than meat and rice. I'm used to having better plov and was craving some unfortunately it didn't satisfy my craving. I would not order again.
I also was craving Compote (Pitcher) but it was so sweet and not at all what I'm used to either.
