Silverlake's Best Thai Restaurant In 2016, Same Same Thai was born, your local Silverlake wine bar serving traditional Thai food. It's a spicy, family party.
SameSame NEVER misses. Spicy, vibrant, uncommon and fam menu items. Order the pad kee mao and leave it spicy the way it should be. Grilled piece of salmon in a nice panang? Yes, please. Crab noodles are so comforting and satisfying. I really love this restaurant. Can you tell?

The egg PA Pia Tod - Crispy Veggie Spring Roll were a 1000/10 best rolls I've had & the sweet n sour sauce was just as amazing!
Unfortunately the Mango Sticky Rice was the opposite! This was my first time ordering so I'm not sure if I received a bad batch but the mango tasted unreal and rubbery, rice was okay but it's like the coconut milk was dumped straight out of the can :(

Good portions and the pad see ew was very flavorful and the broccoli was very fresh. The only thing was that it has an unexpected slight tanginess, possibly from a splash of vinegar? But delicious nonetheless.

Best Mango Sticky Rice that I've had! I try others, but always come back to this one. Its price is also great for what you get.

Waterlogged "salad" with 6 shrimp
Bland noodles with soy sauce and smothered in fish sauce. Threadbare portions. Not value for money or palatable.
