Scratch made breakfast and lunch sandos served on our famous garlic knots!
Everything was very good. I especially liked the spicy aioli on the Breakfast Sando. I only wish that these sandwiches were a little bigger for the price. I was also expecting the cookie to be twice the size it was for $6.25.

The Sandos are delicious if not a bit small (about the size of my palm) however they were incredibly fresh as well as the Huckleberry Cheesecake Turnover! It had a huckleberry jam like filling with actual huckleberries!

I got the sausage breakfast sando with no arugula and added bacon. The sausage was perfectly seared and had a unique taste - a good indicator it is made in house. Bread was soft and buttery, bacon crispy, cheese melty, eggs perfectly seasoned, the sauce... oof the sauce! It was the conductor of the symphony, tying everything together and having just the right amount of bite to it without having that lingering sting.
Also, don't let the size deceive you - this thing has some heft. It comes cut in half for a reason! It was carefully and skillfully wrapped in paper then packaged in foil, keeping it moist, warm, and safe until it was all up in my guts. Purposefully designed for you to consume half now for breakfast and the other half for second breakfast.

Everythinggggg from Sando's is bomb AF! The Salted caramel brown butter chocolate chip cookie for $6.25 seems steep, but let me assure you that it is THAT GOOD and worth every dang penny!
