My fiancée got me into ramen with this restauraunt, We have dined in and taken out. It is always very delicious and made fresh. We usually order the Miso and the tonkatsu, This time I tried the Wonton Ramen and was super happy with it, And as always we have to order the Edmonton famous Onion Cake (1 Piece) which is always 10/10 Thank you sapporo ramen!

The chashu pork is not chashu, it's a dry lean cut sliced along the grain so it's stringy and chewy instead of tender. The tantan also isn't really tantan - they've just added some chili garlic sauce to plain broth. Super disappointing, given the overall decent ratings.

Delicous food, good portions and I really appreciated the accommodation with the substitution. The food arrived fast and their Tonkatsu ended up becoming one of my favorite ramens

Tapioca was soooo overcooked. Such a shame, the flavour of the drinks is great but the mushy tapioca makes them almost inedible.

Staff is wonderful, food is great and fresh, portioning is on point! I always order from here. Would recommend to give a chance!
