I was really looking forward to trying Saucy Seoul, but unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered a burrito, expecting a good balance of flavors and ingredients, but it was mostly just rice with only a few small pieces of meat. It felt like a filler-heavy meal rather than something well-balanced.
My friend ordered the beef bulgogi bowl, and it was even more disappointing. The bowl was about 75% rice with barely any bulgogi—definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the chicken we tried was extremely overcooked, making it dry and tough to eat.
The only thing they really got right was the sauce—it had great flavor and definitely added something positive to the meal. But good sauce alone isn’t enough to make up for the lack of quality and portion sizes. For what we paid, we expected a much better experience, and unfortunately, we won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
There's room for some improvement though.

The 8 Pcs Korean Fried Chicken hardly had any meat and was really tough. Could not eat half of it. :( the Kimchi Fried Rice was okayish. Could not taste the Kimchi. The Chipotle Coleslaw was way too saucy but decent. Overall it was a miss.

The food was really good. Plenty of meat per taco. I did t care much for the sweet and spicy sauce, it was too sweet. But the chicken was crunchy. The beef was tender. I would order again

Korean fried chicken was boneless, meatless and hard to eat. Felt like I was eating food that has been under a warmer for hours. Texture was tough...at one point I was like, is this even real chicken? Would not order again
