From the moment the aroma of the chicken schnitzel burger wafted through the air, I knew Sea Breeze Deli had outdone themselves. But to deliver such an epicurean delight not once, but twice in a row? That’s the audacity of culinary brilliance.
The schnitzel, a golden-hued masterpiece, crunched with every bite, revealing succulent chicken that was cooked to perfection. Nestled within a freshly baked bun and adorned with just the right amount of greens and sauce, it was a burger that could easily become the talk of the town.
As for the chips and gravy – oh, the chips and gravy! Each fry was a crispy vessel sailing in a sea of rich, savory gravy. It was comfort food elevated to an art form, a side dish that could very well be the star on any other day.
How does Sea Breeze Deli have the audacity to create such an epic feast? It must be the world-class chefs, artisans of flavor, who work tirelessly in the kitchen. Their skill transforms simple ingredients into a symphony of taste that dances across the palate.

this is one of the best sandwiches in Australia, its one of the best deli's in Australia, you rarely see businesses that genuinely care about their craft but this place puts the effort in, its stellar, spectacular and exemplary, every, burger, sandwich and hotdog has been perfect.
I recommend this place to everyone, and the price is amazing to boot too, I mean its genuinely the best place to eat in Mandurah, if not western Australia, 5/5 stars no notes.

The salad was good. The chicken fillet and spare ribs is formed meat, I was looking forward to having a proper chicken fillet and proper ribs, not fake meat for the price it was

Its unfortunate to say because I like this deli, I ordered a steak sandwich, chips and gravy.
chips stale and cold as anything and my "steak sandwich" wasn't even a steak sandwich. I was substituted with some sort of crumbed sausage and some chicken schnitzel. $26 for this. not happy I'm afraid.
