The drink was great - Vanilla Bean Power, hot sweet and yummy. The cookie was stale. All of their bakery items are always stale. Doesn't matter the location.

I loved my coffee from here! The protein smoothie was just okay...it tasted like chocolate syrup. Definitely ordering coffee again though. Thanks!

The Nainomo Nanaimo Flash Cold Brew with coconut was absolutely delicious and I would drink it everyday if I could.

This store regularly gets very simple orders wrong, such as selecting "Less Sweet" for an Iced Vanilla Bean Latte and receiving a drink with so much liquid sugar on the bottom of the cup it is undrinkably sweet.
Or ordering a sausage and egg english muffin and getting a sandwich with no sausage on it.
Very poor service and the phone number for this location is out of service as well so it's impossible to let management know.
