Favorite place around. I like the ala A La Carte Bowl (GF) because you can customize it better... I got an extra side of Protein , which is shown here. Tofu. Food tastes fresh and flavorful. Kale is my favorite base.

I was so excited to try seedbol but I was mostly disappointed. I feel like you really dont get that much for the $15.99 price point. my bowl came with a few pieces of broccoli, a few pieces of cauliflower and five pieces of tofu. the red pepper garlic sauce was not good at all. the vegetables were between raw and cooked and the tomatoes werent that fresh. I would not reccomend or order from again.

I've loved this place since it has opened. But today I'm really upset at the quality that was delivered to me. I had ordered an ala cart bowl and asked for two servings of shrimp. I got 4 pieces of shrimp. So that means one serving is 2 shrimp???? For that price I'm shocked. It was never this way and wonder what is going on. Sad to see that they are cutting back on the quantity of food. I used to order one bowl to split into two servings and today it was barely enough to have 1 full serving. I probably will give them one more chance because they used to be really good but truly was let down today.

My favorite lunch spot! Being able to select everything you want and knowing that it's fresh and healthy is awesome! The Balsamic Mushrooms and the Chili Sweet Potatoes are my favorite!

Seed always does an EXCELLENT job! Whether to go, delivery or in house- their food is prepared and packaged with care. The ingredients and service are consistent and top notch. Love them!
