Both English Muffins one with Sausage/Egg/Cheese and the other with Bacon/Egg/Cheese both with a spread of the Tomato Chutney were very enjoyable and both were cooked exactly the way I liked them with Runny Egg Yolks.

As usual the Sausage/egg with a runny yolk was tasty, the OJ was nice and the Hash Browns were also tasty. I have never had a bad meal from Sentosa, the Tomato Relish is much much tastier than plain old tomato sauce and goes well with the sausage/egg.  They always follow my requests when making my order.

The Egg/Sausage/Cheese Turkish roll was nice and they did what I reqested instead of scrambled eggs,they did substitute with Sunny Side Up Eggs.  Coffee was hot. 
The B.L.T. was also very tasty the lettuce was fresh and crisp so was the tomato.
Overall a very nice meal.

The B.L.T. & OJ was fine.  The B.L.T. was of a sufficient size to be recognised as a lunch portion, quite generous.  The OJ could have been colder, but still nice.  I missed commenting on the Tomato Relish with the Egg & Bacon Muffn, it was a very nice relish much tastier than the ordinary Tomato Sauce unless my Mother made her Tomato Sauce which was wonderful just like this Tomato Relish. Brings back fond memories.

The Egg & Bacon EnglishMuffin: Excellent with runny egg yolk and crispy bacon.
Coffee: Was hot and sugared correctly.
B.L.T.: Ciabiatta bread was beautiful, bacon crispy, tomato, lettuce was fresh and cheese was also fresh.
