Our family is a Serafina customer from day one. For the first time non of the items came as we are used to getting them. Shrinkflation: Di Sofia focaccia was half the size, not cooked properly and missing ingredients. The cheese didn't cover the Di Sofia focaccia as it always did.
The pasta Paglia Fieno came half the size, dry, without much sauce.
The Penne Vodka was overcooked and half the size.
The French Fries were 1/3 of the box.
The pizza Margherita Pizza was 1/3 smaller than usual and didn't have enough cheese.
The Penne Arrabbiata was overcooked and too spicy. Half the usual size.
I regret to say we will definitely not buy from them again. Maybe they have a new cook, I don't know. It was a huge disappointment.
I strongly recommend you buy from any Italian restaurant but this place. Do not order from this Serafina, it's a waste of money and not even good.

The Chicken Milanese was good, I didn't like the Di Sofia (Ceasar Salad) it had very fishy tasting dressing. The Pasta Spaghetti Carbonara was okay but the Pancetta was not cooked enough. The sauce had flavor but I could not eat the Pancetta.

Cacio E Pepe and Spaghetti Carbonara were quite disappointing. They both appeared to be merely boiled noodles. It was served with little to no sauce, resulting in a dish that lacked both flavor and character. There was also no seasoning or herbs and it made the pasta taste bland. For $25 youre better off ordering from Lavo or any other Italian restaurant. What pay isnt what you get here unfortunately

The Tartufo Nero Pizza was just as I remembered from years ago, and arrived still super hot and the cheese and truffle was incredible. Definitely will be ordering again.
