• 25-04-05The veggie burgers are really good! my husband and I both really enjoy them, and can't tell them apart from a beef burger.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a small (and I do mean "small") order of krinkle fries (similar to baking your own Ore-Idas's) is over $5. .. significantly overpriced! For that price, it should be a much much larger serving or much higher quality fries.
In the future, we will still likely order burgers here because they are THAT good, but will have chips or a side we can prepare at home.

• 22-07-08Their Fifty/Fifty Strawberry Lemonade and Cherry Hibiscus Lemonade are both phenomenal! The chicken Chicken Bites were okay. Their Cheeseburger and ShackBurger were both great, too. I highly suggest trying the lemonades though, they are legitimately the best!

• 22-09-06The bacon cheeseburger could definitely use more salt, though it is very good in general. A good amount of food just not the most flavor.
If you get the cheese fries, make certain you get extra cheese on the side, there is certainly not enough. The fries itself are a bit flavorless as well, but are still edible.

• 26-08-28First time trying the Chicken Shack. Legitimately one of the worst fried chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Both filets were so dry that they basically turned into chicken cement as I chewed them, imagine the texture of overcooked Thanksgiving turkey. Had to chug water just to get them down. Stick to their burgers.

• 26-06-07Burgers are so tiny for the price. They taste great but we received tomatoes the size of a golf ball and the burger looked like it came off the kids menu.
