• 25-02-01We ordered their burgers and fries on a rainy day. It was such a comfort to eat every food we ordered.
ShackBurger and the Cheeseburger had fresh veggies with the angus beef perfectly juicy, soft and tasty. It went perfectly well with the Black Truffle Parmesan Friesthey were crisp and not too salty. It tasted great with the 2 dips. They had different textures and taste so you can choose which one suits your taste. Hot Dog was okay, my kid ate it well. I did not expect much with their drinks but the Brownie Batter Hot Cocoa Shake was so so so so delicious. I have a sweet tooth so I loved it. I could not believe I finished it all for myself. It was sweet and thick with bits if brownies too at the end. Only thing is they delivered it with the hole on top of the drink exposed. I hope they close it next time. But all their food was so goooood! And they were still all warm when they were delivered. Great dasher and great food took the gloom on our rainy day.

• 26-08-10BLT and Onion Rings were good as usual... however, it would have been better if I had received the sour cream and onion sauce that I PAID EXTRA FOR to dip my onion rings in! if I hadn't paid extra for it, I wouldn't have minded if it was left out. Do better, guys.

• 26-03-27Hot dogs were ok, but one came cut in half and the other one was left round, not sure why. Fries were bland and dry, as if they had been sitting out for some time. The only thing that is worth ordering again was the Pomegranate Basil Lemonade.

• 25-03-24The chicken bites taste like burned, slimy meat. The shack stack is very dry, and the patties taste old. The black truffle parmesan cheese fries don't taste right.
