The buns of the burger are so soft and buttery, they are perfect. The patties are also very juicy and the chicken is very crunchy and really juicy. The shake is to die for. It is very creamy and is perfect for my sweet tooth. The only downside of this is that the burgers are a little too small.

Let me start with we think everything tasted great - was packaged well - but pictures vs reality were quite different
This was our first time ordering from here.
The Grilled Cheese - it was very sad looking - I happen to love my toast and grilled cheese right next to burnt - they accomplished that without being asked so for me that was nice but the two slices of cheese were only melted on the edges and still completely separate cheese slices in the middle
The ShackBurger is probably the size of a junior burger at other places - but tasted great!
The Onion Rings were really good!!! We would definitely order those again if we went back! They were especially good dipped in the side of cheese sauce we ordered. But, they were really good by themselves- just the order is kind of small vs the price.
The Parmesan garlic fries - were ok - pricy for regular fries with a sprinkle of Parmesan - the "garlic" dipping sauce was, I'm not sure, but mayo and garlic and something else - tasted good but IMO not worth the increased price from the regular fries.
The Cherry Limeade was refreshing and delicious!
So again, everything tasted great, especially the onion rings and the cherry limeade - for us a return trip would be prices vs value vs great taste - so we would think about it.

Everything tasted pretty good. Only downside was that the Bacon Cheese Fries portion was very small for the price compared to the picture & there was almost no sauce on the Black Truffle Burger.

the double Cheeseburgers are amazing, they both look and taste great. the Cheese Fries are also really good and the Fries are good also

For the most part, the food is great my fiancé had the Double Burger was delicious as well as the Chicken Bites™ the sandwiches were pretty large and the food was fresh and hot. I would definitely order it again however I requested one sandwich to be well done and it was not so I was not able to eat that one.
