• 25-05-10Food consistently cold and old. They do not cook fresh to order. The burgers and fries are consistently cold and old at this location, even if you go inside to place your order. I think they must cook the food in advance and let it sit. No other explanation. I've been to many Shake Shacks across the country. This is the worst.

• 25-07-22I wish a place called the shake shack, had better shakes. The Banana Pudding Shake just tasted like vanilla. The Fried Pickles with Ranch was 6 pickles and they forgot the ranch. The SmokeShack is so tasty it almost made up for the rest.

• 25-03-25The chicken was great, The custard tastes good. however, it was shorted. there are two half scoops in this photo. this is the second time this has happened from this store. perhaps it's the person that's actually scooping that hasn't been trained, today is March 25th.

• 25-11-24Quality has gone downhill IMO. The Big Shack had done gristly texture. The milkshake portions seem less than expected given the price point. The rest of the ingredients seemed fresh. Probably not going to order again though unless the quality improves.

• 26-07-14Never had this before..: Ordered two days in a row now.. so good ,yummy and fresh . The bread is soft and the sauce is PERFECT the bacon is like no other
