• 24-02-14The best thing about Shake Shake was the packaging. Nice logo imprinted on the containers. Hamburger was subpar, as were the fries, shake was fast food good. Burger was the size of a McDonald's kids burger in a box the size of a Jumbo Jack. Paid WAY too much for three items. Thought it would be good to to test the waters. I'll sick with Nations and get a piece of pie for less.

• 25-07-15Perfect Fries; crispy outside, fluffy inside.
Chicken Shack crispy, flavorful, and high quality chicken. The bread was soft, fresh, and buttery. Beats chik filet by a country mile. Definitely too pricey, but very satisfying

• 26-02-17My grandchildren love the Shake Shack cheeseburgers. They gobble them up. I must say that I do enjoy the 'Shroom Burger. I just wish it were bigger, especially for the price.
Because the food is costly though, I can't afford to "Shake Shack" treat often.

• 25-05-23I was really disappointed with this order. The burger was extremely salty and the bun was hard. On top of that, the packaging was unacceptable, the bag wasn’t sealed in any way. For the price point and DoorDash order, the least you could’ve done was use a sticker or staple to secure the bag close.

• 25-10-19The new rib sanwich, portion of the rib was huge! BUT they should definetly serve this Baby Back Rib Sandwich separately, the bun was so soggy, due to the sauce and coleslaw, I ended up having to separate the sandwich because of how soggy the bread was. I think it should have more coleslaw as well. The Chipotle Sweet Potato Fries with Marshmallow Sauce were also soggy and did not taste like chipotle at all, they had little to no seasoning.
