• 26-07-04Ok, I don't ever leave bad reviews unless it's something absurd, and I'm sorry shake shack but there's no way I got charged $3 for avocado and only got 1 1/2 slices of it. That's unbelievable. $3 for an 1/8 of an avocado is ridiculous.

• 24-03-02This is the secondorder from Shake Shack this week. Both arrived cold, wrapper full of grease, double burger not made into patties and very skimpy. Chicken breast small and very greasy & cold. The quality seems tohave really diminished. Fries also stinecold. Very unsatisfactory.

• 23-07-02Fries were great, but you need a no salt option. Grilled Cheese was great, but stuck to wrapping paper...maybe use foil. Chicken Bites were very wet with oil...I tossed them out. Also small. Also, I didn't get sauce for them or ketchup for my fries.

• 25-06-23BG is always open. Can you make sure that bag is properly sealed. In addition to that, please can you make sure that portions are nice, we pay a lot for sometimes small portions. Taste as always one of the best!

• 25-10-14My burger was dry and the bun was burnt. Quite a surprise as the food is usually quite good. Very disappointed.
