This is the first time in over 50 orders that the boba weren't super fresh and there was a chunk of white stuff (dried milk?) in the tea. I will of course remain a dedicated customer but wanted to share feedback so management can address the quality issue.

I ordered the Thai Pearl Milk Tea, usually other places tend to make it too sweet to where I can't even taste the tea part of the drink. But this one was absolutely perfect!
