All of the donuts were old and stale. The cinnamon roll was hard and stale with extremely little icing. These donuts were horrible. Nothing I ordered was fresh.

The donuts were super oily. Yuck! When I'd eat them, I'd feel sick. It's like they were dipped in oil and were too doughy and not baked all the way. It's very disappointing, considering the Shipley's location in Northwest Dallas is much better and never gave me that type of reaction.

The substituted plain blueberry donut was over cooked. The chocolate donut was dry and the icing was thin the creme filled donuts were partially filled along the side edge. This was a very disappointing experience

The donuts seemed old. I got cake donuts that wer extremly dry and smlled like theyve been soaking in oil.

Stale old donuts. I don't want to leave such a negative review but this is the second time this has happened and I do normally enjoy Shipley's!
