I was really disappointed with my order. The donuts tasted bland, and when I opened the box, I was honestly shocked by how small they were. They used to be much thicker and rounder, but now they’re noticeably thinner and smaller. I got the Jalapeño & Cheese Kolache, the cherry filling and the blueberry donut cake as well and those were also really small.
The chocolate donuts were extremely disappointing... they barely had any chocolate on them. I remember when the chocolate icing would cover the donut and drip down the middle and sides.
What’s most frustrating is that I ordered from this location not that long ago, and the donuts looked much better then. This time, the quality seemed to have dropped significantly. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be ordering from here again.

I love Shipley's donuts. they are always fresh and do not leave a greasy film in your mouth like others do....but the only reason I go is for the Apple Fritter and have to say that I liked them from the further location much better. They were crispier & more like a fritter where these are more soft and doughy. I'm a little disappointed that one does not deliver here anymore.

I normally love Shipleys Donuts but I don't know what happened to these donuts and Sausage & Cheese Kolache. Everything tasted weird. The donuts weren't completely glazed either. I have never had that happen before. Hopefully this is just a one off.
