Unfortunately my chocolate donut was stale and the kolaches were hard and had a soapy taste to the bread. I havent had this issue before. Usually it's a great experience with shipleys.

Butterfly roll and Apple fritters are the best!!! I get Shipley's at least twice per week

The apple fritters are great. But I ordered two different times and other than the fritters the rest of my order was wrong each time. Won't be making the mistake again third time

This is the second time that I have ordered a specific donut from here and got something completely different in return. I'm not a huge donut eater and only order a specific craving so it's disappointing to get something different than what I ordered. Not sure if it's an inventory issue or the donuts aren't being picked correctly.
The kolaches are always amazing though!

Donuts were great but they got part of the order wrong. This is the third time out of 3 times I've ordered there that they just replace the ones they don't have with whatever they want. I'm not picky so will continue to order from them because I like their donuts.
