The black garlic ramen broth was fantastic and had great depth of flavour, although it was a bit salty. Thin noodles were also really good but I would suggest being able to choose a different noodle thickness. Chashu is alright but not as tender as I would have hoped. Overall the ramen was fantastic.

the Karaage Ramen was absolutely delicious and flavourful. The Plain Udon was scrumptious paired with Miso soup and Veggie Gyoza. The food was fresh and hot. And a lovely little note left on the lid, made our night. Will definitely order again if in the area 😋

The Prawn tempura (5pcs) were perfectly prepared with a little wedge of lemon. The Tantanmen was great combination of condiments and noodles but the soup was a little too salty for my taste. The 3 leaves of Wombok could have been sliced up into shorter bite size. Love the freshly steamed Edamame, also handy as a snack later on.

one of the best Shogun Black Ramen I had in Sydney. Would definitely order again. The portion was fresh and filling.Worth every dollar.

Original Tonkotsu Ramenwas delicious albeit a little salty for my taste. Pawn Tempura came with a great mayonnaise dipping sauce with a little spice but had lost the usual crispness by transit length. Karaage Chicken was on the bulky side and looked to be over fried but OK.
