I am a New Yorker currently living in MD and recently in Dallas visiting my daughter. She introduced me to Shugs Bagels and I'm happy to write that they are by far the best I've had outside of NY. Also had a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a roll (a NY classic) and it too was the best I've had outside of NY/NJ. Even ordered a 5 pack of bagels in a freezer bag to bring home and enjoy in the days to come. Well done, Shugs! Well done!

I'm not big on trying new things The taste was amazing the bacon portions I got double bacon so it was perfect the freshness of the bagel was perfect first time trying a onion bagel and it was good I would most definitely order I will order more sauces great BLT overall

My mom is quite picky about her food, and she rates Shug's as the best for their bagels! Their cream cheeses are tasty as well. If I order too late in the day, they run out of the sweet bagels (blueberry and cinnamon raisin for example). I also like their egg sandwiches and the plethora of modifications (egg whites, turkey bacon, adding hash browns, and the like).

Bakers Dozen is always a big favorite, and the Jalapeño cream cheese is top notch! Shug Bagels are crispy on the outside but soft inside, and the variety of flavors is a hit at the office. Thank you!!
