OK so YUM!! This Chicken Karaage Bowl was DEEEELISH! The regular is pretty small in size but just enough for my lunch. The chicken was nicely fried and the teriyaki sauce was tasty while the spicy aioli gave a nice kick. The Fried Gyoza 6 pcs BANGIN! So flavorful and had a great crunch. Yeah...order it and you won't be disappointed!

Shoyu on Fire was amazing great broth and noodles were nice and fresh Grilled Gyoza 6 pcs was so rich and definitely handmade and they even gave me more than 6 which was def appreciated. Pork Bun was salty and very fresh bread was nice and would order everythng again.

Honestly the food was fantastic. The bao buns were so delicious and flavorful. The broth of the ramen was fresh and seasoned very well. I do wish the portion was bigger given the price. My only complaint was the dumplings were soggy and didn't have much flavor.

Did you get a new owner? This is not the level of this bowl I've ever eaten at Silverlake. The piece of pork given this time was like a sliver of bacon. It was pitiful in size and almost all fat. The dish may as well e a vegan dish. Rhe brother does not taste like the traditional garlic truffle broth at all! No truffle, no garlic taste and no seasoning. It taste bland. This vost too much to be this far off the expectations of what it used to be. I will give it one more try. If I don't see an improvement next time, I won't return.

The Garlic Truffle was the perfect temp and was not soggy or overly garlicky...basically tonkunsu. More than enough noodles for one. Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna was still crispy and yummy. Sweet Tea was fresh and southern. 10/10 would recommend.
