Everything from sizzling Siam is the definition of excellence. You don't have to travel to Phuket or Thailand to have one of these amazing meals brought to you up here on the mountains. Everything is imported, including the rice, the soy sauce is homemade and full of life and real flavor, not like store-bought. Every dish is a unique pleasure of its own and of course my two favorites are the Tom yum and the ma Sam man for the incredible peanut curry warm potato flavor that is nothing short and full of love.

Perhaps my most visited restaurant in Durango. The tom yum is to die for and the egg rolls are crispy and delicious. They give you a huge portion of the soup and add rice to the side. I absolutely love Sizzling Siam.

It's really good, but I'm guessing there's a lot of sugar in the Pad Thai because of how sticky the mess was. I also paid extra to Add eggs, but there were only a few flecks of egg in the dish. Don't pay extra for egg because it's not worth it.

A wonderful selection of tasty food. I order big for less to have a few meals out of the portions they provide. I am always happy here.
