Excellent pizza. Unique styles to the Folsom area. The Detroit and Sicilian styles are pretty spot on to what you see in midwest. The portions are HUGE too. Can probably feed 6 people with one sicilian pie. The 20" New York is massive. Again, you can feed an army, slices bigger than your head. Highly recommend the DET Motorhead and SIC Genoa.

This pizza was mind blowingly delicious when served as one slice. But when I got the whole pizza, the sauce was spread 10x as thin. You basically need to eat the whole pizza to get as much of the sauce (which is what makes this place so much better than any other pizza place) as you get from one slice when you order it at the counter. 1 $7 slice = as much sauce as 1 $23 12" pizza. Yeah, im pissed.

The Gelato From Leo! Leo! was delicious but the smallest portion for almost $7.
House Craft Salad is always amazing.
Medium 12" Paesano was 7/10. Motorhead is better.

So I've been here a few times already and generally foods been on point, service generally "okay". Tonight was something else 8/9. We ordered the pastas & they all tasted saltier than usual. Further more, the Gemelli with Vodka Cream was missing the smoked pancetta. Had I known it was out, i would have subbed another protein. It would have been nice if they let you sub a meat for free if the panchetta was out - instead of upcharging $5 so a consumer isn't missing protein. Also while I've worked grocery (not restaurant), I've dealt with busy rushes so I give grace to workers BUT when I walked in, I went to pickup and I waited a bit and no one asked if I needed anything. I had to let someone know I was there for pickup, mind you standing at the pickup area left of the cashier. A worker came in from handing a pizza to a table outside, another cashier went to get pizzas in and the guy who just came in went to take over and ring the next person. Wouldn't it make sense to take care of a client who pre-ordered & waiting t to ask "what's up?" Vs ringing the next person since you just came in from delivering a pizza? Tonight was just disappointing though, service to food, to missing pancetta?
