The ribs were so slamming that I ordered another half rack later the same day.
Decent value for the money, too, considering you get 2 small sides on top of a banging half rack.
Spinach artichoke dip was slamming, too. Good portion size.

Pretty good ribeye for the price. Baked potatoes, Cesar, and Roasted Asparagus were all good. Enough food for two people. We've ordered the exact same thing twice now, quality and flavor were good both times, just disappointed that it was all cold the second time we ordered, and they forgot our salad.

Slow-Roasted Sirloin Entree* the potato was so good I even ate the skin. asparagus was perfectly seasoned and the steak was a bit chewy but was well seasoned and I get it well done so it was correctly made. Steakhouse Wedge* was basically a quarter head of lettuce with some almost raw meat and a tiny bit of Bleu cheese. I don't usually expect to have to cut up lettuce.

Pay attention Fresno this place is producing the best ribs I've ever tasted amongst all of the "" barbecue restaurants. The portion was wonderful. Add the half rack in the sauce is mild the sauce the ribs mildly good give you more if you were a sauce person which I am not, but I did enjoy theirs. And finally a baked potato, that actually takes like a home baked potato as opposed to the ones you get it most restaurants it taste like they were cooked two days ago and kept warm. I am becoming a very large fan of this place and that was my first order yesterday. Kudos to the pit master who came up with this recipe..

The food was exceptional! We ordered 3 Slow-Roasted Tri-Tip Entrees. We also had baked potatoes, asparagus, fries, and side salads. All were delicious and cooked perfectly. The tri tip was tender and juicy. I could have used a fork to cut it. The seasoning was just right and the flavor of the meat shined. We will be ordering again!!!
