This slow roasted sirloin is so tender and juicy. The serving of asparagus was generous and both are delicious!

This was my first time to order from Slo Roast and the Rib-Eye was an excellent cut of meat, well marbled, and cooked to a perfect Medium-Rare! The white cheddar mashed potatoes is a good choice as a side . . . I will order from here again and try different items on the menu!

usually excellent. not this time. wrong temp, no au jus or horseradish. baked potato was so overcooked there was no potato. surprised they sent it out. no dressing with salad. 3 items and a problem with all of them. i would have dealt with all that but the meat was extremely tough. unusual for prime rib

The seemed nice but it was obviously a low quality cut of meat as about 1/3 the volume was fat and inedible. It was a little under cooked for medium rare a dcloser to the rare side. The salad portion was generous, but the ingredients weren't listed and it had stuff I was allergic to so I had to toss it. Recommendations: get better cuts of meat and charge a few dollars more, monitor cooking times more closely and list your salad ingredients in the menu.

I ordered my steak medium and it was well done and very tough. My chicken was also very dry. The mash potatoes and salad were the only thing that saved my meal.
