beef was tasteless, extremely tough and difficult to chew. In fact I did not finish it as my jaw was sore. The potato was not cooked at all, there was no butter, no sour cream, no plasticware, no napkin. And all this after it took more than an hour to get it out of the kitchen. I cannot give this meal a good grade.

This was one of the worst meals I've had in some time. The meat was mostly gristle, the salad contained slimy, old greens, and I was given the Slow-Roasted Sirloin Entree* wrong dressing. Really disappointing.

the Tri-Tip And Ribs* were sooooo good! the meat was juicy and practically slid off the bone! the fries were fire n the mashed potatoes were seasoned to perfection. 10/10

This was to be my special splurge for Mother's Day. Never again! My Prime Rib was like shoe leather. My Baked Potato was nearly raw. A total waste of $50. You should be ashamed taking my hard earned money for the most disappointing meal EVER!
